Despite increasing interest rates towards the end of the summer, we have experienced an increase of 30% in sales volume. Is this a sign of things to come?

On a side note, I would like to encourage everyone that reads this, whether you are in our immediate region or not, to go out and vote for your local mayor and councillor. I know that in our immediate area that there are some concerns about our economic growth over the last few years. This is the only way we can make a change and shape our future.
