You can see by the chart below that over the past 4 years we have consistently seen more new listings at this time of year meanwhile the number of active listings has decreased during the winter months. You will also notice that over the past 4 years the number of active listings have continually decreased year over year. Will this continue until we get to a point where there are not enough listings to satisfy the demand?
